How to submit information?

What is the Payment Process?
All services must be paid before the design process begins.
What Payment methods do you accept at checkout?
We offers three forms of payment. The first form is credit or debit card. The second form is PayPal. The third form is Afterpay. We do not accept cash app, zelle, etc.
Do You Provide Refunds?
Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given after the purchase.

How much are additional revisions?
For each service, you will receive a certain amount of edits included in the design process (Number of revisions are listed on each service).
If you would like additional revisions they are $10 per revision (Ex. Color, Placement, Resize, etc).

How Can We Communicate with you?
All communication with GraphixGuruu will be done via email. Our team needs to have written communication to ensure both parties are on the same page.
What are the Hours of operation?
GraphixGuruu operates Monday-Friday 9am-9pm. We do not work on weekends or holidays.
What happens if I ghost a project? Can I get credit?
No, you must respond to any started project within 7 days of draft being sent.
Do you post all of your work?
Yes, unless GraphixGuruu signs a NDA the project is under our discretion to share on social media.
